Licensing Policy

How REF Foundry Licenses Work

When you purchase an application from REF Foundry, you acquire a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the software on your specific device.

Bound to Your Installation

Each license key is generated upon purchase and bound directly to your local application installation. It cannot be duplicated or shared across multiple users.

Non-Transferable & Non-Sharable

Sharing, sublicensing, or distributing your license key is strictly prohibited. If you upgrade your workstation or replace hardware, our support team can assist with a one-time migration.

Permanent & Autonomous

Once activated, our apps do not require periodic online check-ins. Your software operates independently and indefinitely on your hardware.
